Mike Wood (4 goals) scored the winner with 5:35 left and Keegan Gillis had a goal and assist to propel the No. 3 Tomahawks (14-6, 12-0 Mid-Wach A) in Westboro. T-Hawks Clinch Mid-Wach Title with Win Over Shrewsbury [Videos]
T-Hawks (12-5) Clinch Mid-Wach and are close to locking up one of the top 4 seeds in the CMass tournament. Jake Scearbo scored three goals and had an assist, while Mike Wood had a goal and two assists as the visiting No. 3 Tomahawks (12-5, 10-0 Midland A) clinched the league title with a win over the No. 4 Colonials (14-4, 8-3). Senior Attack Keegan Gillis, Senior Middies Davis Kraft & Scott Pereault and Longstick midfielder Mike Halloran scored his first goal of the season to tie it, 5-5, and start Algonquin’s rally to the lead.
